We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from chicseveryday.com. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Return Timeframe
You may return full-price items within 30 days of the original shipment date for a full refund to your original payment method. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with the original tags attached and in the original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Log into your account on chicseveryday.com
- Navigate to your Order History
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return
- Follow the instructions to generate your return authorization
- Print the prepaid shipping label and include it with your return
- Securely package the items and drop off at any authorized shipping location
Refund Processing
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once we receive it at our distribution center. After inspection and approval, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. The timing of when the refund appears in your account depends on your financial institution’s processing time.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
- Monogrammed or personalized items
- Items with removed or missing tags
- Worn, damaged, or altered merchandise
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return shipping label and process an exchange or full refund once we receive the returned item.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns based on customer preference, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with their return. We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Merchandise” and insuring your return shipment. The original shipping charges are non-refundable for international returns.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
